Christine Cao is a Portfolio Manager at Rosen Group Private Wealth Management of Raymond James Ltd. In this capacity, she is responsible for managed portfolio strategies and asset allocation for our private clients.
With a track record spanning over 25 years in the industry, she has a vast understanding of financial markets, having worked on the institutional side covering portfolio managers for pension funds and on the wealth management side providing tactical asset allocation, financial research and investment strategies. In her previous roles she held the title Vice-President and Portfolio Manager at another large independent wealth management firm, and worked at a banked-owned investment management firm in their High Net-Worth Family Office Division.
Christine specializes in active pension style investment management as she constructs custom portfolios with a focus on risk management. Her expertise is supported by the successful team of research analysts and portfolio strategists at Raymond James. She holds the belief that active management along with customized portfolios is a more efficient way of managing risk and reducing costs for our clients.
Christine holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Finance with a concentration in financial engineering, along with the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation since 2001, and she is a member of the Montreal Society of Financial Analysts.
